Integrating real-time bodycam footage, we follow ALEX, a young Latino recruit on a team of federal agents, who participates in his first raid as a translator. The family inside (a nurse, her elderly father, her 14-year-old daughter) are American citizens. But when their legitimate papers fail to end the operation, Alex is pulled deeper into complicity by his colleagues, forced to use his language to subjugate an innocent family that looks like his own.
