Grounded in the lived experiences of Black Trans and Queer folk, HomeGrown Visions Arts Collaborative nurtures community creative partnerships. Through offerings like: workshops and other performance opportunities, artist development, reading groups, and performances HomeGrown Visions provides space for Black Trans and Queer creatives to connect and share their stories with the world. Current offerings include a Black Queer weekly writing group, bimonthly feedback sessions, Classic Black Queer Movie Night, Black Trans Play Development Lab and a Black Trans artist retreat. We hope to grow our offerings to include a Black Trans Play Festival.
