RecoveryWorks is a groundbreaking, virtual program at Massachusetts General Hospital addressing the void in employment-related services for individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs). RecoveryWorks helps these individuals acquire skills to return to and succeed in the workforce. Participants are assigned a mentor, career coach, and if needed, a legal consultant. They attend program-specific recovery & career-related skill-based and educational groups and are supported by a community of their peers in recovery, their families, providers, and employers. We are pleased to offer our wraparound services for up to five years without requiring health insurance or involving third-party payers. Individuals in addiction recovery, their families and their circle of friends are the inspiration, moving force, and engine behind our program.
